At New Trails Speech Therapy LLC, we understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. We kindly request that you notify us of any emergency cancellations as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice but appreciate as much advance notice as you can provide.
☐ New Trails Speech Therapy LLC adheres to an attendance policy where we review the situation and may place services on an as-needed basis, move the client to a waitlist, or determine to end services all together in the event that these occur:
- If sessions are frequently rescheduled
- If more than 3 emergency cancellations within a 6-month period
- If a client fails to appear for an appointment (“no show”) without providing advance notification
☐ In the event of a “no show” client will be charged for the full session rate as a fee which is not reimbursable through insurance.
☐ If a client arrives late to an appointment, the full amount of the session rate will be charged.
