New Trails Speech Therapy LLC is considered an out-of-network provider and services are billed directly to the client. Some insurance companies offer out of network benefits. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill that contains information for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. It is your responsibility to submit this superbill and follow up with your insurance company regarding reimbursement. New Trails Speech
Therapy LLC does not bill insurance companies on your behalf and does not provide any guarantee that services will be reimbursed. Please check with your insurance provider prior to beginning services to determine eligibility for reimbursement or to resolve any potential prior authorization requirements.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept clients who are medicare beneficiaries.
Payment Options:
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check (payable to New Trails Speech Therapy LLC), Zelle, or credit card. A $25 fee will be charged for all bounced checks. In the event of a “no-show” (client does not show up for an appointment and does not provide prior notice), client will be charged for the full session rate as a fee which is not reimbursable through insurance.
